Hi, I’m Lori, a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to helping people reconnect with their strengths and work toward healing with intention and support. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process: a space where you’re seen, heard, and never judged.
I earned my master’s in clinical social work from Columbia University and have experience supporting individuals throughout their lives through transitions, trauma, anxiety, grief, and relational issues. My clinical approach is rooted in compassion and customized to each person’s needs, utilizing modalities such as EMDR, Somatic Therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
Before entering private practice, I worked in senior services and disability advocacy, which strengthened my belief in each person’s ability to grow, no matter their age or circumstances. I am especially dedicated to supporting clients through tough times and helping them rediscover their inner strength.
In therapy with me, you’ll find a calm, supportive, and down-to-earth space where you can explore what matters most and begin making meaningful change.
